2. Defective Digital Products
To resolve issues, email us with screenshots/error details and your order number within 14 days of purchase. If verified, you may choose between a refund or a replacement product of equivalent/similar value.

3. EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

4. Physical Products
A 30-day return policy applies to all physical items. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
